Returns and Refunds

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your flowers please contact us and we will review your inquiry. Please ensure your request for a return or refund is made within 72 hours of placing your order. We may request a photo of your product for quality assurance purposes and to assess the problem. We normally take approximately 24 hours to reply to all requests.


In the event of a non-delivery, due to accessibility issues or incorrect address details, we will need to assess each case individually. If a refund has been issued it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to be returned to you. If the flowers have been delivered to the address you specified when placing your order, but that person is no longer there, we are unable to offer a refund in these circumstances.


If you have a change of mind or decide to cancel your order, you may do so as long as it has not been actioned by one of our florists. Once the flowers have been made & dispatched we are unable to cancel the order or provide a refund. Each order is individually prepared once received, so once the flowers are cut and prepared, we are unable to issue a refund.
